UGC is the Lead Horse
So your sitting in your living room - watching your favorite sitcom when your daughter runs in and asks you to help her figure out what she needs to take with her in order to survive an epic wilderness adventure. The response that comes to mind might be - "I'll be there in a little bit - as soon as I'm done watching my show." Another voice inside your head says "I don't have much experience with those online games" or "I had a hard day today - I really need to flat-line." Finally, a third voice reminds you that you have not spent much time doing something that your child would like to do, and then you wonder if games are good for them or not - or 'why can't they just go outside and play with the other kids like the good ole' days.' But wait a minute - the good ole days are here and now and today kids play with one another online. Sure you might forbid their access, but not for long.

Cosmic Origin's Dream Forge Virtual worlds are changing the web and entertainment industry. Companies ranging from Blizzard to Google utilize virtual worlds to engage audiences and generate new revenue. My name is Daniel. I began my journey with the game development industry in 94', and became a passionate early adopter for the potential of MMO / Virtual Worlds while learning each aspect of design, development and implementation. Today I am applying that passion and experience with a new generation of artist and game designers, in order build strong and highly creative team environments cut to the continuity and challenges of each project. The Descent Universe
Interplay has re-emerged and launched a series of new websites pertaining to their older IPs, including 'Descent.'  I had hoped that the IP reverted to the original creators after Interplay went MIA for several years.  Once being part of the original 'Descent 2 & 3' development team, I recently proposed a new faction-based multiplayer online game entitled Descent Dominion.  The project blended some of the best classic 'Descent' gameplay elements with exciting new features enabled to meet or exceed today's new generation of online multiplayers.  In any case, it is nice to see 'Descent' back online!
